Lasting Power of Attorney

This is a legal way where you or your loved one can safeguard personal finances. A Lasting Power of Attorney, recognised by law, gives an agreed person whom an individual trusts, full control over decisions e.g. financial, when an individual becomes incapable of making a clear decision due to sickness or disability.

These measures are designed to ensure that the right decisions are made when you or your loved one needs it most.
