Hourly Domiciliary Home Care

Hourly Domiciliary Home Care is a less intensive service, designed to be flexible to the needs of individuals and help them stay in the comfort of their own homes. It is for people who need help in the home with errands and domestic chores as well as personal care.

We work with families and care managers to assess the level of need for each individual and ensure we deliver the right care to enable independence for as long as possible. This could vary from help with housekeeping and meal preparation to medication supervision and personal care. The level of care is flexible and can change depending on the assessed level of need of our clients.

All of our Care in Hand carers are fully Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) checked, trained to the highest levels and with robust processes in place, carry identification to guarantee the safety of our end users.

Our hourly care service covers a wide range of needs and is designed to answer the bespoke needs of each individual. The aim isn’t to take over in the house but to consult with clients and take on tasks which enable independence for as long as possible.
